Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Not show signs of damage caused after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used grooming products.
  • Pet treats or food products.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges

We currently offer replacements for damaged or defective items. If you need a different size or colour, please contact our support team before placing a new order.
