- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Delivery Times

- UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days.
- International Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
Non-Mainland UK & International Orders
Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to:
- Scottish Highlands and Islands
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
- Scilly Isles
- Northern Ireland
- International destinations
Where additional charges apply, we will contact you before dispatching your order. If the additional shipping cost is not accepted, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Where available, tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Celova is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
